含蒙脱石的煤泥压滤脱水效果影响因素研究

Study on Factors Influncing Pressure Filtration Effects of Coal Slime Containing Montmorillonite

摘要:

为了考察粒度和灰分对煤泥压滤脱水效果的影响,提出了两个表征压滤影响效果的复合指标,研究了不同粒度的精煤与蒙脱石按不同比例配成的煤泥的压滤脱水效果。结果表明:煤泥的灰分和粒度对于煤泥脱水都有很大影响,粒度粗、灰分低有助于改善脱水效果,-0.045mm部分的微细颗粒难以有效脱水;建立了复合指标与滤饼水分的对应关系,可为选煤厂煤泥压滤工艺的优化提供技术参考.

Abstract:

To investigate the influencing of the particle size and ash content on coal slim pressure filtration, two new indicators characterizing filter effect were proposed, and dehydration character of coal slime made up of different proportions of clean coal and montmorillonite were studied in detail . The results show that the coarser of the particle size distribution and the lower the ash content,the better of the effect of pressure filtration; It also shows that the coal slime below 0.045 mm can hardly dewatered by pressure filtration. The correspondence relationship between the indicators and filter cake moisture was obtained, which may be of great significance for coal slime filter process optimizing.
